Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival 2017 Date of the World Gala Festival of Pasir Gudang 2017.The Pasir Gudang World Kite Festival 2017 will take place at Bukit Layang-Layang, Taman Bandar and Padang Municipal, Pasir Gudang from 22 February to 26 February 2017.
This year, the launch of this popular and best Festival will be held on Friday, 24th February 2017 starts at 800pm. The inauguration ceremony will be officiated by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Johor.
